General Q & A

Q: Do I need to reset my Username/Password?

A: No. All users must use the same log in credentials as before the update.


Q: Do I need a new token if I already have one?

A: New tokens are not required. If you are currently using a token, then follow the same procedures.


Q: Where do I find Stop Payments?

A: The Stop Payment function is now located under the Checks & Deposits tab. If you have multiple accounts, you can select the correct account to which the stop payment should be applied to from the drop-down menu.


Q: How do I update my personal account information?

A: You can make changes to your password and security questions from the Profile tab found on the top of the page.


Q: Where do I make ACH transfers?

A: The ACH function is now located under the Payment & Transfers tab.


Q: Where do I make Internal transfers?

A: The Internal transfer function is now located under the Payments & Transfers tab.


Q: Where do I make Wire transfers?

A: The Wire transfer function is now located under the Payments & Transfers tab.


Q: Where do I make a Bill pay?

A: The Bill pay function is now located under the Payments & Transfers tab.


Q: How do the new Soft Tokens work?

A: The soft token functions similarly to a physical token. It can be used to sign in to your account, as well as initiate, review, and approve ACH or wire transfers. Once you download and activate the "DIGI-PASS FOR BUSINESS BANKING" app, you will no longer need to carry a token with you.


Q: How do I download the Soft Token app?

A: The app can be downloaded from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your mobile device's operating platform.
