Scholarship Program

Investing in the Future of Our Community.

Since 2001, the former BBCN Scholarship Foundation and its predecessor organization have distributed more than $1.5 million in scholarships to assist college-bound high school seniors who have demonstrated strong academic performance, leadership capabilities and financial need. In addition to scholarship opportunities for deserving students, we work with community organizations to help students and families navigate through the complex process of applying for and obtaining information about college and financial aid.

In order to expand our efforts in reaching out to students who need the most help, Bank of Hope will be working with the nation's largest non-profit organization devoted to providing college scholarships for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, the Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund ( APIASF ). Through this partnership, Bank of Hope provides a bridge to higher education to local communities, as students can not only benefit from Bank of Hope's Scholarship, but also from various scholarships offered through APIASF.

2017 Bank of Hope Scholarship Program

The scholarship will be awarded to a select number of Asian and Pacific Islander American students who demonstrate financial need. All applications and qualifications must be submitted and met by 01/18/2017 at 11:59 PM (EST).
