Community Reinvestment Act

Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) was enacted by Congress in 1977 to encourage financial institutions to meet the credit needs of the entire communities they serve, including low and moderate income areas. Bank of Hope, with its mission to provide banking and lending services to the underserved multi-ethnic population of the community, is aiming to meet the credit and banking service needs of our communities.

Bank of Hope is striving to help individuals and small businesses elevate their hope of financial success. The Bank seeks to partner with Financial Intermediaries and Nonprofit Organizations as a business strategy that contribute to the strength and success of our communities.

Bank of Hope is continuously investing in businesses, providing them a foundation to build their standard borrowing capacities. The Bank will extend loans and make qualified fund investments for affordable housing and economic development projects. Through various non-profit organizations in our communities, Bank of Hope will reach out to our communities by providing community development services as volunteers providing financial education, technical assistance to non-profit organizations, and services giving people a chance to create a positive future for themselves.

Bank of Hope continues to enhance products, services, and delivery channels to serve our customer needs.
