On Monday, 9/27/2021, there will be changes to the existing card management system you are using today. These changes are required to improve the functionality and use of the card management system.
The current URL, which can be found on the back of your credit card or your statements has not changed. Please continue to visit https://bankofhope.cardmanager.com.
Only your most recent Username and Password will be active on 9/27. All other Username and Password will be deactivated.
Authorized Users will no longer be able to review and/or access accounts. Only the primary cardholder can access the card management system.
The system will no longer use the security questions you established when you enrolled. Instead, you will receive a one-time passcode to the email address you have on file with us.
To ensure your security, only the email address that you provided to us during your application process or through Customer Support will be used to provide the one-time passcode. Your email address in the current card management system may not be the same as this address. If you’re unsure what email address you provided us or if you don’t believe you provided an email address to us, please contact 1-888-464-4330 to update your records.
SPECIAL NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE OR WISH TO CREATE A NEW AUTOPAY
New Automatic Payment Enrollments will not be available from 9/14/2021 until 9/27/2021 to accommodate the implementation of the new card management system.
For those of you with existing automatic payments, you will not be able to modify or cancel automatic payments from 9/14/2021 until 9/27/2021.
