More about Claire Kogasaka

Claire has been a residential mortgage loan officer for over 30 years and takes pride in assisting first-time buyers, current homeowners, and investors. She has worked with clients needing a variety of loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, fixed and adjustable-rate loans, buydowns, balloon payments, construction/permanent financing, home equity, land, and bridge loans.

Born and raised in Kahului, Maui, Claire moved to Honolulu to attend and graduate from the University of Hawaii. She has raised a son and daughter and now a grandmother to twin grandsons. Claire serves on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Hawaii, and volunteers at various golf benefit tournaments and the Hawaii Food Bank.
